She took the time to really understand what an idea of a home was for each person applicable and was sure to point out if said detail was or was not present during each home visit. Monica is by far and above the best Realtor I have ever engaged. She walked me through so many things getting the home ready to sell and pursued every inquiry to get a final sell. In the end the home was in bad shape and had several offers but more to the investor side. She presented ever offer and allowed me to look at the pros and cons of each. She supported my choices and helped me at every point. She was a sounding board as well when I was not sure of which direction to move. Went far and above other realtors and while she was all business to get the sale made, she also listened to my concerns and addressed each with professionalism and CARE! Just a wonderful realtor!

We moved from out of state and were unfamiliar with the Houston area. I provided her my parameters and budget. She was able to find plenty of rental homes for us and even double checked that they were homes that were not in high or mid flood zones. Moreover, she was patient and very informative of the process. This includes advising research be done on property management companies for some of the properties we were looking at.

When we found a place she would review the lease agreement and advise some language change that benefited me as the client.

She went above and beyond even after finding us a rental to provide us paperwork to document deficiencies in the rental property and instructions on how to fill it out properly. This was to ensure we were not dinged for damages that was not due to us.
